reading the multiple directions being given to the Can of Wind Vinduro reminded me of  story when we were racing in 85. A group iof us had entered the Boho enduro up in the Strahbogies run by the Shep m/cclub.

about then a new young guy (his name was Mick) had tacked on to our group one day and was keen to ridea n endure so we got him signed up and we all ended up camped t Violet Town on the Saturday night.

When I woke up Sunday morning at 6 ish, Micks packed his tent, had brekky and is sitting in his ute keen to go.

we had to be there at 8 - 830 so no real rush. at 7.00 Mick starts up and roars off.

We arrive at the sign in and do the business but no sign of Mick Huh?

We found out he had seen a sign to "Boho Church rd" and saw a ute with 3 bikes heading up it so he had followed them deep into the heart of the Bogies...... They were trail riders... Shocked

Mick drove home and never went racing again Sad
