Less then a month until the Blackwood vinduro. It's a great area with grouse tracks.

Here's a little clip from Blackwood 2017

From VERi site-

The VERi club will be running the 2018 Harrow 100 Vinduro on the weekend of July 28-29, 2018.
Riding will take place on both days; with a shorter course available on Saturday, and the course proper on Sunday

There will be a cap of 250 entrants at this event. The Dinner is capped at 130.

Pre-entry closes 20 July 2018.

Sign in will take place on Saturday and early Sunday morning. There?ll be rider?s briefings will be before riding on both days. Riding on Saturday involves a short enduro loop followed by a motocross same as 2017. Bikes will be impounded overnight in the Parc Ferme on Saturday by 5pm.

Scrutineering will take place Saturday/Sunday morning at the Parc Ferme and will involve licence & rego check, headlight, taillight and stoplight, mirror, silencer, horn, ?$20 towing cash insurance? and CPS log book filled in. We will also be checking that bikes are in a safe and reasonable condition. Get your bike in order before the event!

Quiet bikes only as we ride through the town or near houses. Do the right thing and don?t ruin it for us all, we want to keep coming back here.

Club Permit Scheme (Red Plate), Rec Rego, Unregistered Vehicle Permit (UVP) or full Rego bikes only allowed. No unregistered bikes. All riders must be licensed.
Applications for UVP must use the official form and be returned to VERi by no later than 15 July 2018. Cost is $50. See the link at the top of the page. If you've already bought a UVP via the VicRoads website, have no fear we will sort you out. Contact Secretary Peter Drakeford on 0422 299 003 if you have queries or concerns,

The Police, the Shire Council, Parks Victoria and DELWP are aware of the event. Please note that all road rules apply when you are on the road.
Early entries will get early start numbers. As we receive entries you will be put in sequential order by Trybooking. They don?t take bribes. A special 10th Anniversary number sticker will be issued. (1A, 1B, 1C etc) Three riders every 30 seconds will start at once under the ?cold start? system.

Make sure your bike?s tank will do at least 50 kms. The longer option course is approx 100kms and there?ll be a fuel dump at about the half way point to ensure riders have access to fuel. Details will be confirmed Saturday.

Carry tools. Carry spares. Carry $20 cash. It?s lonely out there. See here for wise tips: http://www.verivinduro.com.au/64/preparation-with-the-murph/

If your bike breaks down, stay with it and wait for a sweep rider, or ask another rider to alert an official. Don?t start wandering around!

Plenty of camping available. Please pay (not us) for camping ($10/night/person) when the lovely lady Warden comes collecting.

Please contact Eligibility Guru Paul Kalika via email before entering (as a knockback offends) if you have bike eligibility questions: discountmc@bigpond.com
General event queries should be directed to Peter Drakeford on 0422 299 003 or verivinduro@gmail.com

Keep checking the VERi website and Facebook page, and the OzVMX forum, for updates leading up to the event.

In memory of Harrow local Bruce Caulfield who passed away recently we will be auctioning 1A, 1B & 1C on Saturday night and VERi will be matching the offers. The proceeds go to the Harrow Progress Association, Bruce?s baby. Bribes beforehand considered.

Entrants will have to bring their printed-out TryBooking ticket for entry confirmation, T shirt collection and dinner entry. Riders will have to sign the Participant Indemnity sheet upon collection their numbered sticker.

Rec Rego riders will have to present their printed-out VicRoads Certificate ofApproved Operations at Scrutineering. UVP riders confirmation proof too.
Gold, Silver and Bronze finisher medals will be awarded to a criteria announced at the Saturday Riders Briefing at 12 noon.

Unfortunately there will be no interstate Teams running this year, 3 man club teams only.
